Anne Keenan entered the world of real estate in 1989 and became the 3rd top selling agent for Century 21 in the state of Vermont. She specialized in alternative financing, particularly helping people obtain financing who had been denied; finding creative ways to help people buy property.
Since 1993, Anne had spent time learning from Robert & Kim Kiyosaki and the Rich Dad Advisors like Ken McElroy, Michael Maloney, Tom Wheelwright and others, playing cashflow with his staff each week and attending seminars and meetings regularly. In 2007, Anne moved to Arizona and by 2012 she started investing and property managing in the Prescott, AZ area, buying a house in 2008.
Shortly after starting to invest, she did what she does best - shared her knowledge with others. Check out some of Anne's credentials and success stories below.

Client Success Story
A self employed & blended family invested with Anne using, $9,000 to purchase a 4-unit. Within 3-years, Anne guided them through a cash out refinance which gave them $50,000 to buy their first home. They had moved to another state to be close to aging family and were able to have their business on the lower level and live on the upper. They paid around $245,000 for the home which is now paid off and worth around 1 million today. In 2007 the property was sold and they were given $100,000 profit from the sale.
Another friend invested in a 6-unit and sold it two years later for a $100,000 profit. She has continued to invest and now owns 12 units with more to come.
Anne met a new investor that originally reached out to her as a prospective tenant. When she reached out, she was just finalizing a divorce and struggled to qualify with credit issues. Anne connected her with an organization to help her repair her credit and save money for a down payment. She did everything Anne recommended. Three years later she reached out and Anne sold her a duplex. She lives in one side and the other side pays 75% of the mortgage. Instead of paying $1,200 a month in rent she had an $1,800 mortgage with $1,200 in rent coming in from the other side. As rents increased and she improved the property, she now collects $1,600 a month in rent. She was able to quit her job and get a better one that paid 25% more because she felt secure enough to do it. She recently bought a "new to her" reliable car for the FIRST time! She is much happier at her new job as the work environment is much better as is the pay. She can now start setting the money she is saving aside and in two years buy another duplex owner occupied. Once she has 8 units she can retire. She’s 59, she thought she would have to work until she died. Now she can see a light at the end of the tunnel.
A note from Anne: This is what I love to do! My passion is to help people find financial freedom and to control their time. I strive to help those around me enjoy life and find what they want to do for a living instead of working at a job they dislike or hate just because they need to pay the bills.
I also began selling Mutual, Participating, dividend paying, wholelife insurance. Mutual companies are owned by their members. They are not for profit. They are like the credit unions of life insurance. Mutual companies have been around since the late 1800’s -early 1900’s. They existed before the IRS; before we paid taxes. Pairing Mutual wholelife with real estate is a win/win. Real estate funds the whole life policy which has a cash value to borrow against to fund more real estate and the cycle continues allowing people to be their own bank! This concept blew me away and I jumped at the chance to learn it and get licensed to help others do the same. If nothing else, it’s a forced savings plan, retirement, and emergency fund all in one. Call me today and let's get you set up for financial freedom!
